Error: The Websocket handshake failed

 

This error can occur for several reasons, all of which are typically not due to any server related issue on our end.

 

Things that can cause the issue:

 

Using a VPN or proxy server to connect to the cPanel account. 
Web browser or browser cache/cookie issue.

 

If you are connecting using a VPN or proxy, try disconnecting them and connecting normally.

 

Also try either clearing your browsers cookies and cache or try another browser altogether.
