Important Notes for Migration:

Disable 2FA: Please disable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your old hosting account before requesting migration to avoid interruptions. Alternatively, you can create a separate user with 2FA disabled and provide those login details.

Primary Account First: If you're migrating a reseller account, ensure the primary account is migrated before the sub-accounts.

Multiple cPanel Accounts: For multiple cPanel account migrations, WHM login credentials are required.

Multiple DirectAdmin Accounts: For multiple DirectAdmin account migrations, we require admin or reseller login credentials.

Root Access: If you have root access to the old server, please provide the root login credentials for a seamless migration.

Additional Information: Please include any specific migration strategy or steps outlined for your transfer in the migration ticket. Note that the migration staff may not have prior access to this information.

How Migration Team Works:
Our migration process follows a queue-based system and operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Scheduling: If you need the migration to occur sooner or over the weekend, please contact us in advance to schedule it.

Start Time: Migrations typically begin within a few hours of the request. However, depending on the queue length, it may take up to 48 hours to start.

Weekends: Migration requests are not processed over the weekend unless pre-scheduled. No updates or work will occur during this time.

Updates and Communication: We will notify you when the migration is complete, if there are any issues during the process, or if additional information is required from your side.

Ticket Updates: Please avoid updating your migration ticket before it has started, as this will push your request to the back of the queue and delay the process.

Priority and Planning: Migrations are resource-intensive and performed systematically to avoid server performance issues. For this reason, we cannot prioritize specific requests. To ensure a smooth transition, please initiate the migration well in advance of your previous host's cutoff date to allow time for troubleshooting if necessary.
